When Can You Return a Product?


You can return a product within 7 days if:

  • Wrong item delivered.

  • Product is defective or damaged.

  • Size/fit issue

  • Color mismatch.

  • Received a duplicate item.

  • Changed mind.

 

What You Need to Know:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.

  • Items that show signs of use won’t be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

No Returns for Change of Mind (Specific Items):
   We don’t accept returns if you change your mind about these items:

  •    Women’s intimate wear

  •    Men’s innerwear

 

How to Request a Return
If you need to return a product, just fill the return process request form on our website within 7 days of receiving it.
